I've been feeding this food to my little yorkshire terrier for a while now and he loves it .I love it because there are no more upset tummies. I love the choice of flavours so he doesn't get bored of the same thing all the time and it's so convenient to just take a variety of packs out of the freezer as and when you need to.

Very happy with Butternut Box, my girl was so fussy and wouldn't keep up with eating the other food brands, until recently feeding her with butternut box food. She's loving her mealtimes, and is always finishing with a lovely empty clean bowl, which has been consistent with her since starting her on it 5 days ago. I split each pouch into 2 portions, breakfast & evening meal. I'm also finding the app very helpful too. Definitely 5 star's from me, and would highly recommend.

The app is ok to use but the food has gone downhill recently! Both my dogs have had upset stomachs the past few months and they only eat butternut. After reading other reviews it seems like this is happening to other dogs on butternut! They've obviously changed something but not notified customers! I've now cancelled my subscription and thrown the remaining pouches in the bin. Definitely would not recommend this food for your dogs!

Just received my first delivery through Yodel, bang on time and the driver even gave the pooches a treat each, that's a 6 star review in my book. Still the best customer service experience, in my opinion, 2+ years, a very satisfied customer 5³ stars.

Service impossible to properly cancel in App- using pause and following instructions for permanent pause still resulted in another auto order. App would not let me remove my bank details. Had to online chat to get subscription stopped, and although I asked for my payment details to be removed, they are still present in the app, after an explicit instruction to remove them.

Before I've even started my dog on butternut box, I can confidently say I'll be sticking with butternut box for the rest of his and my life for future dogs, I've never seen so much love, care and effort go into a package of dog food in my life, everything from the packaging, the very helpful booklet, the amount of nutritional value in the food, the customisation and ease of the app, they even made a Spotify playlist for when they eat, massive respect to Kevin and David, keep up the great work

We have been on butternut box for a while now and the change in our dog is unbelievable. Her stools are more solid and her coat is alot softer. We have a french bulldog and she absolutely loves the food. Couldn't be more happier

My dog was constantly at the vet with an upset stomach. Tried butternut Box and it was hard to transition at 1st because my dog was only used to eating chicken. After 4 weeks he is now licking the plate clean and no upset stomach. Will definitely be keeping my subscription.
