Our latest release makes it easier to create and stick to a consistent wind-down routine with Loftie+. The new Wind Down Routine includes three parts: Unwind audio, Lullaby audio, and a Sleep Timer. Customize the sequence with your favorite tracks from our core audio library. And for the Loftie Lamp, you can now add a sunset fade-out to your bed signal.

Both app and clock are easy to use and work well. I like that I can keep it simple. Would be great if it had a way to shut off your alarm ahead of time just for today (like if you wake up early), without disabling the alarm entirely (i.e turning off the whole program).

Not only does the lamp have difficulty pairing via the app, the app is constantly spammed with loftie ads. I should not have to click x to exit a loftie ad pop up when I want to set an alarm. This app is just another example of trading a good user experience for incremental revenue. I would actively discourage people from buying lofite products and had I not received my lamp and clock as a gift, I would definitely be using something else.

Deeply unimpressed by the repeated experience of having to reconnect my clock and lamp to the app even though the wifi has not changed. Reconnecting takes forever and I've given up on reconnecting my lamp because even after following instructions, the app can no longer find it. Writing this now as I struggle to reconnect my clock. Edit: Still can't reconnect my clock after over a month. App is updated. Router and wifi are good.

App constantly fails to connect to the clock. The clock also needs fairly frequent updates, although I've never once noticed or needed it to do anything differently. But the updates will sometimes go on forever and just not complete. Now it's started deleting my alarms and not saving them. It's insane how high maintenance, yet low performing this clock is.

Can't ever get the app to sync the clock settings. Also, I wish I could preview or set the various sounds in the app... I have to use the buttons on the clock to scroll through and select the options. All in all I'm underwhelmed and disappointed - this was supposed to be a convenient device but it's been a hassle.

One the worst apps I have seen. There is absolutely no instruction on how things work in this app. If you turn on "winding down" option, it automatically select a color of light - there is no way to know how to change that color. Then, it automatically turns off after an hour. There is no way to change that either. Ridiculous app.

Definitely not as exciting as I thought it would be. I was skeptical because it cost so much, so I bought a refurbished. I like the Loftie itself. I like most of the nature sounds (the color noises are stressful) and especially like the blackout feature. Unfortunately I am having issues changing the alarm with the app. Despite making changes and giving it time to update, I open the app again only to see my changes have not saved. I contacted support and got a list of troubleshooting to try.

Does not work with Android. When I contacted tech support, the response I received: "I'm afraid this is a bug with the Android version of the app. We are currently beta testing a new version of the app that will fix this issue. I'm very sorry that I don't have a fix for you at the moment. As the app is completely optional, you can still access the alarm settings directly on the Loftie." Note the last update was from June 2021...
