It's been 2 months since the last Update and over a year since my last review. Very little has improved since then, although they did add the date to pending reservations and your pet is auto-added in the reservation request screen if you start on the pet first (unsure if it applies to all added pets tho). The reservation system in-app is still a pain with no calender date selection nor the ability to create multiple reservations at a time. Video still can't be enlarged. Still needs improvement.

This app falls short. My login doesn't save. The cameras lose connectivity and switch or just hang completely, forcing the user to navigate away and back, and most annoyingly the app takes over audio and cuts off other apps, even though it doesn't even it provides zero audio. It's just awesome. Also, why do I have two apps installed?

App is disappointing. Making a reservation is the only improvement. Older version was easier to use. Could enlarge the Camper cams to fit the size of my phones screen for better viewing. Could add multiple camp bow wow locations as favorites. The new app is garbage. Won't keep me signed in and the layout is not as convenient as the older version. Developers need to figure out how to utilize features of both the old and new versions to find the perfect combination of things most customers like.

The app is a bit clunky & cumbersome. To change cameras you have to have the phone in portrait mode. But the video is then small so I have to keep turning back & forth from portrait to landscape if I'm looking for my pup indoor & outdoor. Having the ability to zoom the camera would be great. Being able to make reservations is the best part of the app since I hate making phone calls.

This is a bare bone app missing basic features. About the only convenient thing you can do is book a reservation; however, you cannot even look at past or upcoming ones. Also, if you want to book a few daycares in a row, you have to do a separate entry every time. You should be able to select multiple days. There are also no prices shown or extra features to add on to reservations. If someone is actually reading this and wants more help with beta testing, I would love to help.

The user interface is absolutely AWFUL! It is very counterintuitive. Buttons to allow editing are not as easy to find. Writing answers and accidentally hitting return will lock those answers into an uneditable mode. The system assumes everyone is a new user and will route you to creating a new account every time you log in. There's a reason over 27% of users give it the lowest possible rating!

We have our dog boarding while we are on vacation. First day of vacation app worked fine and we could check in on our dog periodically. Last two days each camera says 'video feed not valid ' every time we try to check. This is extremely annoying. One of the reasons we use camp bow wow is to be able to check in on our dog without having to call. Very disappointing app.

Setting up a profile for a dog is a bit of a chore. Finding your vet is just aiming blindly if you are looking for a franchised vet. It's been days and my pet won't show up as available for an initial interview despite providing all the requisite information. I need to get my dog day care. It's been days with no updates. I get that it can't be instant but this is just painful. I want to use this service and pay these people and their app is not functioning. I called them and no answer.
