Useless. Awb statuses are rarely updated to reflect where a parcel is. And good luck trying to send anything with it, as the keyboard keeps flashing and you can only input one character at a time. But best of all, payment doesn't work. Tried it with 2 different cards, from 2 different banks, successfully confirmed the transactions each time, and then nothing. After an embarrassing amount of attempts, i gave up and used a third party.

This app shows you the delivery status, and that is pretty much it. If there is a problem with the delivery, there is no possible way to contact them. The chat feature does not work. It does not even load. The customer service number when it gets through, which is very rarely, is never answered. I am at my 27th call and in my 10th day of trying to reach anyone from Cargus and literally no one answers. I have emailed them as well, and still, nothing.

Worst app experience with a shipping company. I am trying to check the status of my parcel (which has been needlessly stuck in one of your deposits for over a week, mind you) and the app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. It beats me how on earth is your service considered innovative and award-worthy on this market, when I have done everything in my power to receive a resolution to a simple topic, and you are failing to even provide a simple status.

Frustratingly bad app. I have to return an online store package to a Cargus location and this great app can't find it's own company address when searching for the sending location. Even better! There is no area for free text for me to write the correct and complete address.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They cancelled my order because they said I didn't pick up the phone, but no one tried to call me. If you want to pick up a package that has been redirected to their deposits you can only do it during the week, when I'm at work.

This service is beyond reality. My husband cannot pick up the parcel because the app is expecting me to pick it up (depending on MY location). I don't want to allow Cargus to identify my location! They also REQUIRE phone and email validation- again, abusive - but their email is not delivered. Oh! And if I want to share the parcel detail with a friend, the only option is by allowing the access to all my contacts. The flow should be user friendly, simply and with privacy options. Red flags

It's useless because the reality doesn't match the details from the app. If you want to send a parcel and you choose a date and time, once you confirm, the time will be automatically set to a different hour, even though you pay for that service. If the pick-up time/date is not respected, you don't have a contact number. If you send the parcel to someone, you have to give permissions to all contacts in your phone to add a person. The app crashes when you want to use their chat.

The sender wrote my delivery address incorrectly, and I wanted to discuss with them to send the items back to the sender. No one responds in the chat, the numbers for the support line just put you in a loop with the call ending automatically, there is no option in the app to reject the package and I also wrote on the contact form from them and no one checks it. While the fact that you can't contact anyone from them is off-putting, it could have been resolved by being able to reject the package.
