It's nice to have a go to for references and quick ideas. But I don't want to have to rely on an app to diagnose equipment. The thought of that is ridiculous and it just adds more work for the technician to keep up with. That generally aren't getting paid enough in this field. And with all the changes with the high pressure and the flammability. I would expect to see technicians pay almost double in the next couple of years. If they want to. Continue using apps

I try and try and try to use this app. It never scans the bar codes, when ever I enter the exact model or serial, it never finds it. And when it does, it doesn't ever let me look at warranty info. App is junk. Fix it.

Garbage. Constantly crashes before I can even open it. Tried on several phones and happens to my fellow coworkers too. Until it can actually work properly I wont recommend it or use it. Well I can't even use it cause it just crashes.

Need to reset my password, there is no password reset option. You have to call a number and for some reason they were closed on Monday, then I called back on Tuesday and no one was able to take my call so I left a message. These people are ridiculous

Worst app every. Requires so many permissions. Cant even select a furnace without the app crashing.
