Salad House itself is awesome... the app, however, kept logging me out and made it that I needed to re-enter an order for several people three times. Absolutely annoying AF that app ordering took over half an hour because of this issue.

ok App. when something ia missing from the menu it would be nice to know what it is. it would really be great to be able to edit previous orders. instead if starting from scratch or having to come to the store as i had to do. ( currently in the Montclair location as I type this)

Great food. Ordering kiosks and app both blow hard. Best done in person unless you want something stock from the menu. Need to add option for double meat like the bread place and many others have.

Charging customers a convenience fee for using an app or ordering online when it's more convenient for the store to not have customers coming in and placing the order at the register is very offensive and has actually reduced the amount of time I purchase from this restaurant which is right across the street from my office.
