Limited locations. Drove 20 minutes OUC Shinglecreek, only to be turn around by security, registered guests only. Drove to Disney Springs, only one of four chargers can be use. The charger is not even marked. Got into a verbal argument about I can only use this one station and the other driver told all the stations should be the same. WELL IT'S NOT because this app is terrible

This is an amazing company I am a Uber driver in my 40s so me and computers are not wonderful. I was very scared to go electric because of the hassle however presto has made it very easy.I love the personal costumer service if you text help a live person will help u and even call you. I ask this company please don't loose that. your service and the personal attention given to your customers makes me feel like anyone can go electric even my 75 year old dad.
