it always crashes I can rarely ever access the cameras from any device away from home which is the sole reason we purchased it, no idea how to update or fix it there is no help

I can't stop beeping ..it's annoying..when it is on line it's good ..when I'm away from home and tap in to see how section is it's good ..problem can be when it decides 🙄 to be off lime ..really frustrating to connect again 😑.. I've had concord tho over 5 yrs so really when it does perform ..it performs 🎭..it's not enough tho for a high score ..not as yet !! .. Good luck if you decide to purchase one.. I'll say tho if you a a brain master at this plz input so we all can learn more.

apps ok, but I can't get any notification on my Samsung Android phone.

Basically works to a minimum level. Often takes time (minutes) for a camera to come on line. Had to replace the entire system (base unit and two cameras) as the whole system failed. New system works to the same minimum level. WIFI connection is somewhat hit and miss unless the camera is within 5 metres of the base unit. Detection of motion is also somewhat hit and miss even if the sensitivity is set to maximum. Quality of video can vary widely. But replay works well and easy to use.

It seems to stick and go off-line frequently. Especially if I have it on the screen for more than about 20 seconds. It's very frustrating. Images are good during the day. Notifications have stopped working altogether which is very frustrating. I've tried looking at the settings and save the setting I want but the push notifications have just stopped working and now so have the front door alarm 🤨

Google, Can I connect the concord security app directly to the device. The answer in short: Yes you can, firstly connect the base station to the internet. So the answer is No. Tried hotspot off a second phone and the base station couldn't find it. I don't know why manufacturers insist on having to use a router and internet to be able to access the base station through a mobile device but it's now archaic. So, app was useless for me.

Equipment is quite difficult to navigate. Set up is very challenging. Not recommended for anyone who struggles with technology. Called to speak to customer service representative, fantastic knowledge on how to navigate issues, and obviously great with computers, unfortunately had a terrible attitude. Whenever I called, he would always take a deep breath and seem disappointed that I was calling to get help. On my third call, he was plain rude, basically saying he had other customers to handle.

I thought the whole point of connecting the recorder box with your internet connection via ethernet cable was so you could use this app to view your cameras wherever you are and have internet!?! It works when using the same WiFi as what the box is on, but not anywhere else. Your website states it can be watch from anywhere. But all I get is a red text saying "close connect" whatever that means. Sad the browser support when using the box's IP address is no longer supported. Dissatisfied.
