Not even close to accurate. I drive for UPS and have 2 cell phones. The phone this app is installed on wasn't touched all day and it showed only 2 out of 16 trips it wasn't touched. The miles are way off as well. I drove 217 miles in my truck but only 165 showed up in the app. Extremely inaccurate. I'm not sure what the benefit if this is but I'm removing app.

I feel like having this app as part of my insurance is a great idea. But, like with any app there are flaws. The phone usage is unfair. I use my phone to change my destination or use auto response when I'm parked in car line picking up my kids, it logs it against me and I lose a star. I agree with the awareness to using phones while driving. It's great, but needs to be better at this tracking 'distraction'. I use my phone for work and have to be aware when I get not. , which I do when stopped.

It's way too sensitive. If you go around a corner-it doesn't matter how fast or slow it will mark off for cornering. If you sit in your parked car and are on your phone, it will mark off for phone use. Its too sensitive on acceleration as well. There's no way to dispute or adjust anything either. This is the worst app I've used for tracking driving. Much better ones exist. I don't recommend.

The device is too sensitive. It beeps very often even when I'm coming to a normal stop. It also doesn't track speeding very accurately. I'd been noticing that some road signs weren't matching Google maps listed speeds, so I watched my score for a week. I was penalized for speeding where zones are marked differently.

Trash app, I went jogging and it stil considered me as "driving" but didnt notify me that it was registering me as "speeding" while I jogged for a whole morning. There have been times where the app considers me as speeding if I drop my phone or even when its sitting on a FREAKING TABLE! I dont know who designed this garbage but you need to work on the idea of a "Im not driving mode" because this app is always running in the background saying "recording your drive" even when Im in the bathoom.

Yesterday, all afternoon and evening, I was doing deliveries. Each time the app notification was in my notification bar saying that it was recording my trip. I have set it to upload only through Wi-Fi. When I arrived home, it was as if I hadn't driven at all. No upload, and my trips did not appear. Can someone from the app explain this to me?

Too many intrusive and unnecessary permissions. Does not work well and is terrible at actually tracking speed or phone usage which is half of what the app claims to do. There is no way to dispute a point reduction in app. There is also no way to set the app to Passenger mode, meaning you have to fully log out or wait until the trip is complete to label it as a Passenger trip.

They make a number of false assumptions such as aggressive breaking is due to following too close (what about the kid that runs out in front of you, the car that pulls out of a driveway or side street in front of you, etc.). What is the statistical margin of error for their speed checking system. From my experience it is not very good and they must not be factoring that in to their scoring (no matter how careful you are it will claim you were speeding).
