I love this app, it makes it so easy to make payments, and they're instantly applied to my bill. And you can make even the smallest payment; this app will even allow payments of less than 1 dollar. I can check my daily usage here, and it even allows you to compare your current usage to the prior years usage, and you can change the settings to text or email you if your usage goes over a certain amount.

App used to work fine. now two months in a row I "miss a payment" because it will not actually process the transaction. It will tell you it has, give you a confirmation number like it has. However my bank never saw an attempt to pull any funds. and I've had hundreds of dollars added in penalties. even though one of their employees that I had to make a phone payment with (to get my electricity turned back on) admitted over the phone that it does not work correctly.

Can't make internet payments. You're going to have to go to the website to make that payment under a separate account. It wasn't always like this though. The biggest issue is that I can't make more than one payment without getting locked out of the site and stuck not being able to make the payment because my account was "deactivated". At this moment in time I'm going on 2 weeks without putting money towards the bill and no way of creating the issue up

So up untill today was going good right up now it's telling me he can't connect to the server doing the pay-as-you-go meter and I am low so can't put money on there to make sure my power doesn't get cut off and you know that's supposed to be the whole reason for the app they get that fixed it then I will update my review but as of right now not very cool... FIX IT ASAP!!!!

As if you can't tell by all the other reviews there is a problem ....Well when does open it's very cluttered there's a whole lot going on not easy to navigate and I can never access to bill payment online part of it I've uninstalled the app reinstalled the app updated the app cleared my browser and my cookies restarted my phone I've done all that and still bill payment part of it never seems to work I don't know who laid this app out but it's extremely busy and not very easy to navigate

I find it odd that a well established company can't keep its website/app and phone service in working order. Every time I try to use any of these "services" to make a payment it's ALWAYS down. If you are our only option for power you would think you could atleast stay updated and fully capable of accepting payments from us, your customers.

This app has always been easy peasy. Make my payment, look at outages, done. Today made me update app. Couldn't remember password that has been saved for 8 years. Asked for update link 3 times, updated pw, and not letting me log in. 0 stars, you obviously broke a perfectly functional app.

Cannot even reset a password - cannot connect to the server while sitting in the main building in Kiln MS. Cannot connect through app nor through a link in an email. So how good is the app - I rate it as ZERO!!
