The fees are absolutely ridiculous it's bad enough we struggle with our loved one being incarcerated but then u gouge us with fees for everything. How bout making it so we can buy everything at one time for one fee instead of a fee for each thing. To buy visits phone time and texts u have to have at least $15 if not more for individual fees

Why does this app need to access other nearby devices in order to work? I'm just trying to talk to my buddy who is in jail. Shouldn't need to sign all your information away to use this app let alone connect to other nearby devices. Make sure you read the terms. Very scummy and devious. Just like our court system. Not surprised. There's also no way to delete the info you share. Inmate sales shame on you.

Definitely need a better way of connecting with the inmate at visit time than how it's set up now. Calling each other back n forth just wastes precious time. And id like to see the screen have a panaramic option also ability of taking screenshots. As a company you need to realize This app isn't our choice to use. It's the jails requirement. Try making it easier for families and less expensive. why can't a visit be scheduled for the same day if we're paying for it?

Zero ★'s →COMPLETELY USELESS & UNNECESSARY❢ it actually adds more steps & makes an already horrible exp. Into an even bigger hassle by adding Xtra unneeded steps! When using the app U, [¹] Open this app, [²] Sign in, with username & password. [³] Click on the inmates name. The app just opens browser to inmate sales homepage! Where... U guessed it! U have 2 do steps [²] & [³] for a 2nd time!? When U could have just started by opening the browser & signing in, initially it's just ridiculous imo❢

I would give it negitive stars if I could, it constantly drops calls and it is non stop booting u from the app causing u to sign back in and re do whatever it was u were doing. It's really sad that not only is it really expensive to talked to your loved ones but to then get disconnected from them when they only have limited time to talk is super frustrating. I'm uninstalling this app amd I'll use rhe website.

So i am using an lg phoenix 4 and i think i figured out how to use thins thing. Download this app, yes, but schedule your visits and such through chrome or whatever web browser, and even start the visitation through the browser, but when its time to get the video visit started, come back to this app and click on the name, there should be a green dot beside it if theyre online. I was having issues with audio and video in the browser, doing what i did fixed all that.

Constantly disconnects calls, freezes, and everytime that happens it takes one minute from your visit. So if you're on a call and get kicked off 20 times, guess what...20 minutes you paid for is gone. And it's not cheap. This app is a money grabbing waste of time.

Total waste of time and money and nothing but a hassle, same on their website. Haven't got to see your loved one forever due to covid, then having to pay to do it for something that doesn't work is total BS. They could barely hear me and couldn't see me at all only lines and disconnected and reconnected multiple times in 20 minutes.
