the atmosphere is bustling and it's decorated beautifully. the wine tasting room and attendants are fantastic, the food is amazing and of course, so much great wine to choose from! Ashleigh was our server and we will only sit in her section going forward. make reservations, as it can be tough to get a table otherwise.

Food is great. Wine club is a nice program. But the service needs improvement. Our last 4 visits have been just ok when it comes to customer service.

I love this app, especially having the featured menu updated accordingly. It's nice to actually see the food items to match descriptions, I'm ready to order when I'm seated. Would be great if wines ordered during carry-out and online were included in bottle history. Also, adding a way to take notes or favorite wines to easily recall preferences should be heavily considered in the next update.

I've been a member at Waterford Cooper's Hawk since it opened. My wife and I enjoy going for dinner pretty much every month. Seen menu changes over the years, some that have been to our dismay. But we've never encountered a decline in food quality until now. The chicken dishes are heavily processed frozen filets, and they tasted like it. The manager Tim was very attentive to the situation and wanted to make things right. We wanted to express our disappointment. Sofia, the se!rver was excellent!

It's a one time in the month for my daughter and I to have our time. The wine tasting is a wonderful start to select a favorite. Dinners are always delicious and the staff is wonderful.

the app is ok I just wish it would keep track of mistakes and correctons made on the wine account. I've had a few errors corrected at the store but the wine club account doesn't reflect the transactions just the number of bottles so it's a bit difficult to keep track of what you've actually picked up.

Absolutely the best value for a tasting anywhere (Joey was knowledgeable and tremendously helpful). The menu is extensive, and the preparation and presentation were exceptional.
