TrialMax from CRF Health is used for collecting data from patients and their caregivers in clinical trials of new medicines. TrialMax gives patients access to study specific questionnaires making it easy for the patients to fill them in wherever they go.Patients who participate in a particular clinical study get access to TrialMax for the duration of the study. The app is activated with an activation code supplied by the care personnel conducting the clinical study.

Push notifications do not work. Questionnaires would not populate. App is extremely glitchy. I was disqualified from a research study due to technical problems. Really unacceptable.

It would be really nice if this app closed itself after a successful submission, or at least forwarded to something other than right back to the survey start page. I often see it back on the beginning page after a successful submission and wonder whether I'd completed it successfully or not, then my research group rep tells me "you can do it seven times if you want, but we really only need one answer on monday evening" haha.

The app works fine overall, but I wish it would show at least a history of the date/time I entered in my diaries. My payment card keeps saying I've just earned money from 1 diary entry, although I've been doing it faithfully for almost 8 weeks now. I'm not confident that my entries have gone through!

As time went on using the app, I had to re-enter days all the time. I would update daily but once that problem kept me re-entering entries, I had to stop and do it weekly. This app is clearly flawed. I told the medical study people about it when they would call me to do the interviews but the problem was never fixed.

This app was chosen for use to record information for Pfizer's COVID Vaccine Trial, so I would consider it of top quality. It does need some work in my opinion. For the sake of us somewhat demented users it needs to have a reminder to turn on mobile data or wifi prior to inputing responses to ensure its being forwarded to the collection point. There is no feedback to confirm the information has been received.

After a few times it came up saying disabled. I had to call in. They could not fix it without me coming in and reloading it. Now it is not visible without me searching each time.

Easy to answer questions. Often had low starage space messages & had to keep deleting info or apps to be able to use this. Was glad when trial was over & able to delete this space consuming app.

Awful...does not continue to next step.,..keeps opening to section already completed....no way to move forward...had to take on to company doing the study...they had to delete and reinstall...now it's doing the same thing again..company said to bring it back on...
