This is a worthless app that fails to provide any truly useful information for crew members such as how to prepare the current menu. The one star is also partly for atrocious app that handles the store's orders. That app barely functions. For example, everytime I try to unarchived an order, the order will unarchive for a literal half second before re-archiving. At which point the app compleatly freezes, forcing me to restart the app and only then am I actually able to unarchive the order.

The app is super buggy and often glitches out. I'm often unprepared for work. I don't like the added quizzes for training also. Sometimes I just need to quick review before work and it slows me down.

Can't see the videos for next week's cookies so I have to go in early. Update- tips and tricks keeps playing the Olympics video and crashing the app. Why is this so hard to get right

I'm a baker and a line worker at crumbl and the app crashes everytime I open it. It starts to load and then crashes. Idk if it's my phone or the app because the app works on the tablet they have at my job. I've already reinstalled it and logging in and out and it still won't work.

Assistant manager here need this app for multiple things. This app and the previous one should not be allowed on the market for how many issues we have with it. Really sucks when I need to and am able reach out to corporate and all they tell me to do is uninstall and reinstall.

This app is worse than the original crew app. It will open up, and in less than 1 second, it will fail. I have updated the app, reinstalled it, and many other things in hopes of getting this app working. I miss the old crew app, it never failed me.

Android work around - I was getting the code but not able to login until my manager added me as an employee, then didn't receive the code to sign in. Work around: found in spam texts. When you have your text messages open click on your face which takes you to more google setting where you click on Spam & blocked. It takes you to all messages.

Needed for job but I literally cannot sign in... Why is something that has been named a requirement, which means you have to have not just a smart phone, but the right smart phone.... Available on play store, but only works on apple products.. totally convenient
