I want to give this app five stars so bad, but the subscription is ridiculous. The app itself is, I think, truly one of the best ways to learn scales and chords, but to get any of the actually good content, you need to pay an insane subscription. Don't get me wrong, I COMPLETELY understand why money is so important, and I'm willing to pay! All I ask is that it is one payment of like, $10 rather than a subscription. Love the app; will give it more stars when the problem is solved.

The monthy subscription is a rip off imo, i was just about to purchase until i seen it, its a good app tho. HOWEVER, a one time purchase would of been more suitable for this app. Edit- welll i downloaded it Again! and deleted it..AGAIN, because of the subscription. i just downloaded a few free apps that covered majority of the content. edit....just checking in, annnnnd its stil subscription!

This app is wonderful. There are some minor features edit: that they are adding! 1. Dominant (major minor 7th chords) chords need to be a question. 2. There's no way to turn off the first note being shown on the piano, or to just have the first note without saying which chord it is. This makes it too easy. Let us toggle 3. I wish we could randomize question groups and/or make custom question sets. Ex: All inversions, or diminished and augmented, etc. Or toggle notes, ex only black key triads.

Its so good for what it is but who wants another subscription and thats what it takes to get the meat of what this app is. Shame just price it at 20 bucks or something its damm near a musical practicum textbook.

Good content but way too many ads and the subscription model is unattractive. Dev, please look at the way Functional Ear Trainer does its pricing.

Just what I am looking for! Would be really great if you could provide Bluetooth midi keyboard support (korg microkey) so we can train on a real piano keyboard!
