I have never left a review about an app before. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! Pure garbage. The app is always down. It worked once about 4 months ago when I first downloaded it but the app has been out of commission since. I have spoken with my pharmacy and they are as frustrated as I am. Trash. I'm deleting it.

The previous version was much superior. Sure it looked older. But it worked, you can not request refills of items out of refills, so rather than contacting the doctors, it just fails out. With the quick refill, as you add codes it refills them, then when you hit submit it errors out since they have already been refilled. None of the settings in the tab are selectable. Seriously if y'all need some testers let me know. You need new ones

Never Works. The server is always down. I was only able to log in once, & that was months ago. I've complained to my pharmacy, & they've called tech help, but nothing gets fixed. A complete waste of time & space on my phone. Don't bother with this app. They clearly are more into taking money from small businesses than actually providing a working service.

What is going on with this. It worked well for quite a while and now it sucks. A 'protocol' message is constant displayed. I spoke to the actual pharm and they're as confused/irritated as I am. Is there an alternate or an update or something . Cause at this point it's straight up garbage!

*SERVER IS DOWN ALLLLL THE TIME* It's so frustrating because the whole reason to use the app is so that you don't have to call and wait on the phone or bug the pharmacy for refills, or to know if your refill is ready. I'm so annoyed that this app NEVER WORKS

I for one am honestly pleased with my pharmacy and this app. It makes it easy for me to view my medications ready to be picked up and the ease of ordering my medications. I wish the same pleasant experience for everyone who chooses Middle burgh Pharmacy.

Been getting the server down era for a month-and-a-half now. Some help would be nice SERVER IS DOWN AGAIN!!! Once again keep getting the error the server is down

This used to work most of the time with the old interface but now just get "Protocol message contained an invalid tag (zero)"
