Fool me twice... I was overcharged twice. The first time, the restaurant didn't have an item I ordered and I was still charged for said item I didn't receive. The second time, it said a specific total (which included the delivery fee and a tip) and when the charge went through it was $10 more than original price. I would stay away from this app!

The app always tells me that the location is closed any time I have ever tried to order. It will send me push notifications telling me to order now, and when I try to it says the location is closed. I wanted to use this app because it was locally owned unlike doordash or Uber eats, but I can't use it because it seems like it's completely inoperable in Lebanon TN. I deleted the app today, I give up.

Delivery was late, fees were exorbitant ($5 for a service fee on top of raised food prices really necessary?), charged way more than original price and never was the extra bit taken off. Awful app and delivery service, do not give your money to it lol.

Last year we all got covid and decided to order something this was the only site that would come to our address. I set it for later so I could relax. The girl who got my order was blowing up my phone demanding I answer her. She was at the restaurant telling them to make my food. I tried to tell her that it was set for later but she told me she was delivering my food. Months later I went to order something else and my address was marked as out of the service area. At least we got one delivery.

App is fine but the company sucks. Expensive delivery fees and other "charges". Always late delivery if it makes it at all. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Worst delivery app you can download, spent my hard earned money on food that was never delivered from and app that never updated the status of my order, if you prefer actually getting your food i recommend door dash

So after a glitch on the app when I first downloaded after notifying the people of the app they fix the issue they personally called me to let me know that it was fixed and as of right now the app is working

This app has always been a pain it doesn't say there are restaurants in the location I've been charged for food i never got and overall sucky.
