Update 7/16: Why did you change the UI again? The original was great. So many issues with this one: - Appears to have removed "favorites" feature - Defaults to 15% tip even when placing order for pickup (difficult to tip less) - Have to enter phone number every time (even when placing order for pickup) - Have to select credit card every time rather than having default (UI makes it hard to tell that it's not selected) - It looks like I have a reward, but I think I'm actually spending my points?

Confusing and barely functional from beginning to end. Can't reorder even though previous order is clearly listed. Even when entering address, app won't let you simply type it in - must choose from a drop down menu of addresses that auto generate. Uses a separate page you don't know is coming up for your apartment number. Tells you delivery is available and doesn't mention that's not the car until the next day until you progress to the order screen. Very buggy and non-intuitive.

New app is much slower and has a poorer layout. Navigating the menu requires more scrolling than before. The app has added many bad features from other ordering apps, like excessive pop ups, emphasis on promotions, notifications that persist despite turning them off in the app, and unnecessary button presses. Very little incentive to use this app. A good app would minimize the amount of time, scrolling and screens from login to order being placed. This app does the opposite. Will uninstall.

Updated review: wow, total game changer. Love the new look and rewards program. Much sleeker than others that I've tried, looking forward to discovering more about the different tier levels and rewards. So much easier to place pickup orders with the latest update. The old app was hard to use for anything other than the QR code. Much prefer the new look and feel!

Accumulating rewards is completely broken. If you have earned multiple $5 rewards, all with different expiry dates, then when you try to apply the reward to a new order, it will only apply the reward with the FARTHEST expiry date, not the EARLIEST. It shows no way to choose which reward you are applying, and doing it this way means I have to keep seeing my rewards expire even if I want to use them. Also, why offer a 'Spicy Meatball' monthly loyalty reward if it isn't even on the menu!

The Dig Inn app is so broken, I have skipped going to Dig Inn for lunch several times now. I tried logging in with my Levelup account, and the password wasn't synced. I tried resetting my password, still no luck. Of course I couldn't sign up with the same email address. Another time I tried using my work email, but the app froze at the screen to create a password.

The new UI is confusing: it takes so many steps just to place an order, and it's easy to think that you've completed an order by adding a payment, when actually it still hasn't gone through. Also, sometimes down/unable to complete an order.

This app no longer opens after the latest update. It opens to a black screen and closes a few seconds later.
