Overall, a wonderfully full day. The Dolly Parton Experience: terrific. Didn't see her sister, so can't review that. Best entertainment by far: the acapella group, The MistleTones. The outdoor duo: meh; The Night Before Christmas: kinda lame; Christmas in the Smokies:not that great. The talent level and orchestra were terrific, but the story/songs: lacking. Appalachian Bluegrass group: very good; The Cinnamon Bread:fantastic. Train ride:fun. X-mas Lights:wonderful; overall-A GREAT TIME!!!+++

Edit: After the late Oct 2024 update my passes show again. Hopefully they stay this time. Original: After a long time without being able to seey pases they appeared. Then after a while they are now gone again. Out of 8+ visits to the park in 2024 I have only been there once when I was able to use the app enter the park.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The app is useless this year. Last season, I had constant problems with my passes showing up one minute and gone the next. This season I have tried several times to link my passes in the app and every time it says Success! But my passes never appear in the app. Please fix this. Issue is on a Google Pixel 7.

Love Dollywood and it's easy to use app! So many features that help us know what is going on at what time and a map to help navigate to rides. It also gives the current wait times do you can know which rides to hit next.

it a very good place to come to for senior because of shows and it a very for the whole family and the staff is very and helpful, plus you are going to hear a Jesus Christ our Lord. this a very good place to meet peoples from all over the world. Dolly is a very caring person. this is my third year as Gold season pass. I love this place and the peoples. God bless this place the peoples and the staff.

Wait Times are NOT accurate, and the Rides Filter is NOT optimize for utility. Does Dollywood IT Dept have QA or user testing? The park is great, which is why there are 5-Star ratings, but the UI/UX on the app is terrible.

I really love how this app tells you how long the ride wait is and when certain things are closed. It also has an online menu for all of the restaurants in the park! It makes everything easier when in the park and walking around. I recommend you downlaod it when in the park!

App never works anymore! It worked great last season but has been useless this season. The first time I logged into the app, it locked me out of my account. Once I was able to get my account unlocked (and verified it was on their end) I was never able to log back in with the app, but yet the website lets me in just fine. I'm just uninstalling! Not worth the hassle!
