Constantly freezes in chats and needs closed. Doesn't notify new messages until opening and then dumps 30+ on you. I made sure this app never goes to sleep or uses optimized battery settings (which every app should) and it makes no difference. Have cleared cache/data and uninstalled/reinstalled and still does it. Concept is great but needs serious work for it to be good at it. Will update review if fixed.

This app constantly won't load the live chat or even load for me in the morning it is critical to my job that I have this app working, definitely going to ask my company to get rid of this app it's horrible.
