It has nothing to do with the great people of India, or Pakistan, or any country they are in-it is we cannot understand them. They can barely understand us. COX Communications is telecommunications. With technical support being vital for modems and TV boxes to work we need better Communications. It takes us techs more time and Dispatch Support more time. Buttons don't work correctly. Constantly having to close and reopen app. Dispatchers close IM before work is completed.
