The android app is not good, very bad user experience. It's starting/loading for more than 60 seconds, I couldn't start charging today by scanning the QR code and had to manually find the station on the map. Unfortunately, it took me another 3-4 mins to identify the exact charger I was plugged in in the app, due to the fact that the enumeration was different in the app than the one on charger... UX is very bad, sory to say it...

Doesn't work. Whenever an app requires text message authentication, you can tell the devs clearly haven't thought of the complications of text delivery to different mobile networks and some international users may not have roaming. The user sign up should be Email or a sign in with a Google account. Keep it simple.

App is unbelievably slow. Whatever is pressed, it takes several seconds to respond and often shows white screen. Charger is also bad. I went to ultrafast and it would randomly disconnect every few minutes.

no. the charger won't take your mercedes charge card. it won't take your credit card. it wants its specialty app which fails at credit card verification. what are you posting the chargers for, then? to look good?

Would be nice if it actually worked. Asks for all your personal information, confirmation SMS and email take forever. When you try to checkout as guest payment doesn't work. Just go and charge somewhere else.

Never received the verification code supposedly sent to my phone number thus one cannot sign-up. Showstopper at highest level and this app is not new!

Can't register as a tourist without a local phone number (SMS verification code not working). Also accounts registered in e.g. Croatia don't see and can't use chargers in e.g. Bulgaria. I need 2 different accounts for Croatia and Bulgaria?

Not responsive. With Samsung A53 you cannot use it at all. Cannot enter any input in second password field. Cannot authorize camera use etc. Totally useless.
