Trying to complete info update for picking up my new fleet vehicle at dealership. Drop down menu items for entering temporary tag info and numbers will not work. Keyboard will not pop up to allow entry.

Vehicle list sometimes disappears and you have to restart the app. Updating mileage is a total pain.

The input area for placing business miles is always difficult to access, been like this since our company elected to move away from PHH. Have requested and made suggestions for this several times. It is extremely frustrating. Additionally, I have to delete and reinstall the app every month for it to work. Called into thier service center every month for the past 5 months, told they are working on a fix. Still no fix. If my company didn't require me to use this service I certainly wouldn't.

Frequently freezes when entering Monthly mileage. Will stop recording on longer trips randomly and makes it difficult to keep accurate records. Must pause and un-pause while making stops during a Trip. If you forget, the App will just stop the Trip. This might not be a good option for you if you need to pick up supplies or make frequent stops. Considering going back to manual Monthly logs.

App is great when it works. New issue: trip will end randomly when I am driving. Happens on ALL trip, and not just if I am at a stop light/stuck in traffic. I can be on highway at 100 km/hr and it will end the trip. Have to enter all of May manually as a result. Running Android Pie on Samsung Galaxy S9+. Hopefully this is just a bug that is readily fixable.

App is broken. Cannot get past login screen. Enter username and password, choose login, get a green "loading" circle for a second, then nothing. All of the reviews seem to indicate similar behavior. C'mon guys, surely you tested this app before publishing, didn't you? Using an Essential PH-1 on Android 9.0 Please fix, this would make managing my fleet car so much easier.

Garbage app. Complete waste of time. You want to launch the app, wait 5 minutes while it thinks about it and then crashes. If you somehow managed to get the app to launch and try to enter mileage, it will fail telling you to call support. When you call support it says enter your mileage on the app. Garbage garbage garbage this is the worst program I've ever been forced to use in my life.
