Damac group if you paid extra on your unit bought are not returning the money if you have an extra payment done to them for buying your unit they give you hard time returning back the money literally you have to beg them and pursue them still they will not give back the money but if you are late in paying any of your installment for your maintenance fee they will send you a legal notice as well as fine. So much double standards. shameful the way they have been dealing with me.

The worst app ever. I'm a resident in one of DAMAC buildings, it's a year already I'm trying to use the app but useless. There is a single option to buy a property, but you can't request any service or anything.

The app is difficult to log into, keeps requesting password reset and won't let you continue without forcefully changing the password! Certainly NOT the app to rely on in an emergency!

Terrible app. Still showing that the property is getting ready to hand over, and I've been living here for 8 months. No one replies on the requests, sometimes just they cancel it. Imposible to do easy things like register your plate number. Bad design, bad customer service, no intuitive at all, and the worst, it is not useful. If Damac is looking for the owners to use this app to make all the stuff needed, it will be a struggle

2 more stars for the headoffice some help rescued us I wish app could work At least see ,3k ppl are almost giving 1 star.My husband added me as family it's third day and invite is pending . I got email and msg too .It's terrible just to login as advised by the damac agent I can't login . It's showing invalid phone number . How come when I received msg that I was invited. There us no helpline directly cater your issues . I need new card husband traveling n no one is there to help

A customer cannot reply to a ticket and can onky do "follow up". What is the purpose? Why a customer cannot write a comment to provide further information till the ticket is closed? Whatnia the objective of thw app then?
