Worst airlines and cargo service ever! Waiting a shipment since 20 days and still nothing! Very bad customer service! Very bad tracking info! Not reliable! Terrible way of shopping and paying so much for this crappy service! And also they screw up the shipping documents even if it arrives! Never again with this mess!!!

I am receiving many notifications Which is not belongs to me. Even I don't know the airway bill and how & why it notifying me. This app is poor and same like their cargo service. Many of our customers changed their import shipment to Dubai. Some DO counter staff are thinking they are the boss of Etihad.
