The app doesn't work, cannot log in as it always gets stuck during validation. Clearing the cache doesn't work for me either. Can't say I'm surprised EY can't even manage to make an app, probably took the money and get a team of interns to do it.

Has to be mandatorily updated. Turns out that it is no longer compatible with my device. How am I supposed to check my slips now? It is ridiculous.

Update December 2023. Still absolutely useless, can't log in. I use 2FA and when I confirm my login attempt the app returns to the initial login page as if it's my first time accessing the app. I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 14. Definitely one of the most useless apps I've ever used. Always logging me out, extremely hard to log in. Used it a couple of times but uninstalling because it's just a waste of time.

It's not great. I would go as far as to say, not even an app, with all the hoops you have to jump and click through each time you open it. Also, it takes forever to retrieve payslips. Quicker to log in on the website.

Won't load any payslips. Payslips arrive, but then it states 'Data Loading Is IN Progress' but never loads so you can't even see your payslips. Been like this for over a year. Nothing gets done to fix it. Same with all my workmates. DISGUSTING SINCE ITS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO PAYSLIPS. SHUT IT DOWN.

Company has just changed to this payroll. Set-up app and everything was working great... A week later and I can't get in to my account. Finger print access not working. Emailed them and no answer. (Shame you can't give 0 stars)

Worked for the first 2 months but now all my login attempts are blocked as unauthorised access. No option to reset the app or update my credentials, it has just locked me out.
