Initial setup is nightmare. Usability is not good to put it softly! I tried to setup Wi-Fi Plug Pro 14 data logger and I spend like hour and half to figure out what needs to be done. Constant "Targeting permission is not enabled" error on the screen when trying to connect to the data logger. What is this supposed to mean?! All app permissions were already given. Also why do I need to go through the login every time?!

After configuring Wi-Fi settings data logger is visible to my router; however when I try to add it to a plant it says the device is offline. Nothing that I do can bring it back online, so I cannot add it to the plant and I cannot gather any data Customer service advised me to use the SmartESS app instead and now I can collect data . Very good support, very satisfied

The app is not working with my USB Datalogger properly. Even though it appears to be connected to the Internet on initial set up (I can see it's status, firmware number etc.), it does not report any data for the inverter it's connected to. Later when I switch from Datalogger network to a regular WiFi network, the device always appears offline.

Impossible to connect if you have any security. Incredibly unintuitive interface which is very unfriendly. Highly intrusive data collection and in my case it would not allow any local monitoring etc without having access to my network. Just getting it to connect at all impossible if you have a mesh type wifi. Changing inverter as it is a new install and getting a refund. The installer got the requirements totally wrong anyway. Beware solar cowboy installers!

Worked fine but last information received in 31/03/2024 and after that nothing. Tried to reinstall - same problem. Smart ESS app working fine, but smart client - useless. It was really good app, please fix it

It is not accepting feedback for KSolare inverter. Even after uploading video and pictures and giving details of the problem, it keeps asking for more information.

It's not smart enough...not able to access it keeps giving error network anomaly post update to 3.36.1.2

this app does not notify for alarms. it is advisable to have a push message notification to alert us whenever an alarm occurs on the system. Moreover, it is better to present the data in graphical HMI format, similar to smartESS app. the interface is difficult to handle and needs many buttons press to get a series of data that takes a long time to fetish the power flow and exchange. overall, this application is good for professionals, but it is not user friendly for common users.
