Great for managers. Rubbish for the workers. I understand to managers to have all faults and issues stored in 1 place making it easier to follow is a great thing. However, for the workers actually uploading the tasks, the app is far too slow, constant crashes when uploading a picture and then crashing when closing the task. It is also a massive app. Starts off tiny but it is currently taking up 4.9gb and I don't know how as the whole point is to upload it to a server. Rubbish and painful to use.

We use this app to log faults and problems in our building. So easy to use and keep track of things going wrong. Highly recommended to any business or building manager it saves so much hassle

Great app, helps my staff to log issues to me quickly. Much less paper as everything is online. Used to use excel but this is loads easier.
