Fast quick and easy to use, although English should be an option in the app languages. Its often hard to get a vet appointment with in a day for an ear infection so being able to get an appointment same day or next day with First vet is great. Its also very affordable

Fantastic service! The vet we had, Jenny Fällman, was amazing. We genuinely felt she cared and was very thorough, clearly displaying how knowledgeable she was. The idea to put a bit of lactose-free cream in the water bowl to get our dog to drink more was genius! It didn't even cost us anything as its included in our insurance with Moderna.

Works well. 1 out of 3 times the doctor didn't show up but I could just book a time 30 minutes later. There's always been someone I could book within the hour, even late on weekends. My insurance covers the 10 first calls.

Often malfunctions when login in, preventing me from getting in contact with the vet. Has happened during several weeks now. This is absolutely unacceptable for an app that provides medical care.

Used this for the first time yesterday. Talked to a vet. called Lena Leander through a videocall for half an hour and she was very friendly, helpful, thorough and knew what she was talking about. The video quality was good and the app was very easy to use.
