App is slow. Repeatedly asks me to update profile info as well as cc info despite wallet showing my correct cc . Metrics section does not work at all. Tried uninstall reinstall several times. They got rid of the HR monitor access, leaderboard, and access to virtual workouts. Emailed app company, weeks ago and haven't received so much as an automated reply. Old app worked well on the user end this one is super disappointing.

My experience using this is on an Android Pixel. This app is very glitchy and not many feature to choose from. Biggest complaint is I can hardly look at anything or schedule my classes cause it kicks me out and closes the app every 5 seconds.

My gym switch to this instead of my zone and I am extremely disappointed. The app has less features and it is not very user friendly. This does not add any value to my workouts and I wish my gym would go back to my zone. Incredibly disappointing

It's not collecting my point. It says I've been to one class and have 116 points. I've been to three and have almost 400 points. It's not showing on the app or on the leader board in class

This app does not work well on Android devices....very. very frustrating!!! It only works when I'm at the fitness center.

The calendar feature to schedule class never works for a new week until Monday morning, on Sunday the crazy thing still thinks it's a week earlier.

This app will not let me schedule a class or post my profile pic...I am so frustrated...ready to quit the program before even starting

It doesn't show my workouts like the old app did! Don't like it! Forced to use it. 😢
