The tracking and the GPS itself and customer service is AMAZING. The app. Needs works. It glitches ALOT. Doesn't really give you an update on if an engine is off, if doors are locked or unlocked, the app will close out when you're using it, and sometimes it's delayed on where the car is. Customer service state to use the website however the key reason for using the service was because there was an app and my business is mobile/remote. I'm not always able to be on a computer.

I have no doubt the GPS tracking product is a good one. I have a friend who runs a small fleet and recommended the product. as you can see from the reviews here the Android application and interface can use some work. When attempting to install the application you are prompted to enter payment details. It's broken. Very cloogy. You would think making a payment is the one thing that would work. First touch, bad impression. Needs fixed. Allow Auto populate, and fix gui bug. -Latest Pixel 4XL

I have used Trackmate for over 8 years now, not once have I experienced any of the issues people have talked about in the comments. We have never experienced an outage. Customer Service is great, Wolfe will usually answer and he can help with anything, they guarantee their products for life, if you have an issue a simple 2 minute call and a replacement is sent out at no charge and no argument. Service is a fraction of the price of many other fleet tracking programs.

Signing in and signing up wasn't as user-friendly as I expected. I did get it up and running with patience. Only thing from stopping the 5 star rating Is when pressing the kill switch or door unlock buttons, App doesn't let you know if command has been accepted or not. Should be a major update hopefully! Also Fence Settings ? It doesn't explain what that is? Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

I have used this for 6 years and like the new setup. Works fine on android and is very accurate. I do wish there was the option to select all when deleting messages. It is a pain and slow to delete one by one.

Commands aren't working after 2 weeks. The lock and unlock features are giving me success messages, but neither are working. When I disable the ignition, I'm able to start the car after the 3rd attempt. 👎🏾

I'm using the Hydro LTE and have nothing but good things to say about TrackMateGPS. Never any down time and the customer service is always available during business hours. About to add my 10th tracker to my fleet and have no regrets choosing TrackMate.

So far the app is doing what it's supposed to. Is there any way notification profiles could be either deleted or edited under tracker settings, notifications? as well as an option to select all and delete notifications? This would be really helpful
