This app is completely unreliable. I hate that the landlords couldn't install a physical intercom in the apartments so I can actually answer the god damn door. This app 90% will just not ring when someone is calling the door. I had someone go test it, go downstairs and call, while I had the app clearly open in my face on the phone. It did not ring one time. I have so many failed deliveries because of this, it's infuriating.

When someone is at the door it opens the app on your screen but does not ring or make any noise. So unless youre watching your phone you'll probably miss it
