The app was great when I 1st downloaded it. Now, since the update, I can't view my wi-fi information like I was able to before, it's trying to force me to do this eero stuff w/out me being able to see if it's something I want 1st, it keeps freezing, & I can no longer view all my account info. Please fix all this. It's a nightmare calling in & dealing with the automated system to talk to a person & it hangs up on me. It's even hard to use the virtual assistant because of the prompt responses.

Terrible. Have never had a worse experience with an ISP. App is constantly losing my log in info. Had to change my pw nearly evertime i log in. Was promised 79.99 when i signed on. Soon bumped to 84.99 with no explanation or notice. Now I try to make a payment for last month(?) and it charges me for 2 months. And good luck trying to speak to a person to fix anything. Terrible automated phone systems.

My rating has dropped for this app until you fix your EERO issue. I don't know who voted to sell your service to Eero but they need to be fired. I was able to comfortably manage my access point with no issues before. Now my access point only has certain devices connected over WiFi and the others apparently have a wrong password even though they are the exact same. And I cannot change anything due to you surrendering access management to a 3rd party.

Frontier may be good, but my own internet experience with them is the worst I've ever had, i am on optic fibre but it's not even as good as the cable I left. Maybe it's working with others, but to be honest I regret switching. My devices are struggling to connect in most parts of the house, my computer manages to communicate with the printer only once in a while on a lucky day usually after repeated and prolonged struggle. This internet only gives headache. UPDATE: My Internet now works better

Live chat with both the bot and a frontier agent is terrible. Multiples times the app tried crash as I sent messages. And the message system is so slow, which is extra terrible because the last text chat with frontier agents give you a 3 minute interval to respond to messages, or they automatically disconnect. Why is it setup this way? Do you really not wanna help your customers that badly? What is up with this business? )-:

Worst experience I have had in a mobile app. I was working on troubleshooting a connection issue with a live (I know right?) Person in the chat when the app locked up and errored out. This was after trying the chat 3 or 4 times because I couldn't even get the send button to work. Was told to restart the ONT woth no real direction on how to do so other than unplug it. Well I go to open it and the clips start to break off. Now the box is flapping in the wind cause there is no way to secure it.

The app itself is very slow. This app is pretty much pointless, it keeps you going in circles leading to nowhere. It's impossible to get a live person on the phone so don't even try. Just chatting with a live representative is hard enough as it is the app is so slow that it keeps timing out and you get kicked off. Frontier as a hole is a big joke I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone and I'm still in the installation phase, I haven't even gotten the service yet.

You can see your service, pay your bill, any up grades offers just for you. you can see who is connected, change your pass word. also, communication by text or phone made easy-to-use. The only thing is that it used to have the ability to check your wi fi speed. that's option was removed. makes me wonder if they are throttling my fiber speed. why take it out. one last thing. the customer service I have had has been great.👍👍
