The app does not work at all if a location is added manually, it requires the location to be enabled. The app offers the search for a specialist, but only two options are available for a video chat: general physician and pediatrician. I need an orthopedic, and there is no way to select any. No option to make appointments either. One of the most useless apps i have ever encountered!

Responsive, Professional and Courteous. We got an appt within 2 hrs. The Dr examined and treated us at our Hotel. Spoke English. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend! We had access through our trip insurance with Faye.

After update the app charges money against my insurance plan policy. After reporting about the problem to Air doctor they didn't even try to help me.

I noticed that the doctors in the app are not through the sick funds what only private plus to pay a One thousand shekels or more per visit👎👎,In addition there are not many specialists or non specialists and doctors of all kinds why ?? it's a app for doctors no ??😕😕. I had the app once I thought it could be a helpful app for when I needed but there's issues and I'm not going to install the app again If the app is not working properly. fix the app and it's problems/issues please. thank you for your time😊.

My experience was awful. The insurance didnt work, I was assigned to a different doctor from what I selected. Is no worth the money at all. In the worst case, just use the app to search for the doctors and make the appointment directly!
