I'm about 90% deaf. So I depend on notes and scripture to better understand the message. I have downloaded the app to our smart TV and have no issues. I downloaded it to my phone so I can put headphones on to be able to hear better and understand more. The issue is when watching the video it wants to pause and freeze. I know the app has been update, but seems to be still having that issue. We love listening to Pastor Morris and his team.

What an awesome way to connect with my church family!!! Things have changed- have they changed!!! The app does not work. Spinning! Spinning! No useful info anymore. Used to work fine. No more! And who do you tell?!! I don't know. The Gateway app on Roku is just as bad!! Can't login there at all. Even tried to delete my old login, and still nothing. Worst experience ever!!

Connection keeps dropping (mobile app) and starts over at beginning. App on Roku/TV buffers and does appear to suffer from connection issues. Love the programming. I would blame the distance to router except YT music app streams fine in same location. Using Samsung S10e with Android 11.

Downloaded the app, already created an account previously. Trying to log in, only get a spinning circle. Try to sign up using a different email address, nothing but a spinning circle, then back to log in page. Uninstalling it.

Working great until about a month ago when all the messages I tried to watch started speaking in Spanish and I set it up to be in English. Tried the 'help" thing and it wouldn't send the message. Please fix. Thanks and God bless everyone.

I have a Samsung phone ultra 21+ over the last few months I was having issues with the app. Today while at church every time I opened the app it crashed. I just tried to uninstall and reinstall. Let's hope that works

All my debit cards have changed and I cannot find a way that will let me alter them. But I have found PushPay hideous. Desperately wishing I could get back to live church services, but I don't drive and can't make it. For 8 years, I have been unable to enjoy Christian fellowship. It's hard. Hoping I can find somewhere that changes that.

The app works great, love how there is quick access to groups. One question: is there a reason one is not allowed to change the theme? There's the option to sync theme to device, but disabling that results in showing the theme you have... but you can't change it. (Trying to change it to Dark without changing my entire phone that way.)
