App is kinda trash honestly. Doesnt allow me to have controls of my cameras. Which i can get past, but the lack of a notification bell is what bothers me the most. Fortunately im on my phone extremely often, so i can click on the Icon no problem. But when im in meetings or on a phone call, a notification bell would be key. Im really hoping the app developers can address these issues as im losing faith in the entire camera setup altogether for this one real issue.

This is a terrible system, and this customer service is awful. You can't talk to anybody and they never get back to you the notification icons stop working after a while, unless you uninstall and then reinstall, and then, even after that, it only allows you to reinstall a certain amount of times, and then it stops. I cannot even change the password, because the old one is not being recognized. I feel very ripped off by the system.

I have to keep deleting app and reinstalling to keep notification bell coming. The app stops sending notification after a while. I hope they address this soon. Wish I would have known before I bought the system. I notice no feedback from app producers, do you not care? Google needs to correct this. I sent Yescamo an email. We will see. 5-9-23

This app isn't working properly... It fails to notify my phone or if it does notify me it is 11 minutes after the event. Unacceptable. The app hangs most of the time, unable to connect to the nvr or to download video etc.. I check the nvr and it is working, recording video and has healthy internet so it's probably not the nvr per se. I am considering returning the system if there isn't some improvement soon. Have emailed the company, no response. Also cannot connect to the nvr on local network

FIX THIS APP! UPDATE: a few days after I posted the review in Oct the app was working. However, since Nov 16th the screens have been black. Uninstalled-Reinstalled still nothing. The system is worthless. We are traveling and were depending on this app to work but it has stopped showing the camera view.....just a black screen where the camera view used to be. The system is worthless to us now.

This WAS a great app, unfortunately whatever they have done now gives you a CCTV system that doesn't give you notifications of movement on your property, it doesn't matter how many time's you delete/reinstall the app you won't get notifications making it a pointless system to purchase. I'm now looking for a new CCTV system with a proven app that gives you notifications. Pity Yeskamo changed a perfectly working app to create a system that is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Unable to view cameras remotely.

I see push notifications but when I go into the app it doesn't list the motion events anymore. It is empty. Something has gone wrong. I checked playback and can see that there are motion events. Please fix this asap, the app is no more convenient. Another thing, it fails to record footage at around midnight, like 2300 to 0000 hrs for some reason, could it be because of Timezone change, GMT to BST something like that?

What's happened? App used to work great, however recently it is showing up two seperate systems in seperate locations as off line when connected on 4G. Wireless seems mostly ok. They are both connected and working fine with the iphone app. No network restrictions and mobile internet is fine for everything else. Please fix, this system is usually great!
