Absolutely useless. Good luck trying view previous footage, either won't go back to the selected date or time, bounces back to live for no apparent reason, won't load the footage, or just crashes and gives up. It's an embarrassment when trying to show law enforcement footage. Save yourself the aggravation and get a different system.

Any way to get alarm alerts/push messages to come through when the app is not running? Can't find anything in the settings. Cameras and playback work fine and look good. Update 8/12/21 was able to get things configured properly (a month ago) and everything has been stable. Upgraded rating

Anyway to run reports or see card activity from the app? That would be helpful.

Tried to log in but it doesn't give me access to the cameras. Do I need to contact genetec to turn that feature on? The error I get is "directory not trusted"

Works well overall, but recording playback is clunky at best. Running SC 5.10.3.

Works ok but the app requires password to be reinput all the time

Very difficult to log in. Not user friendly.

Doesn't work. App necessitate their Security Center App v.:5.8, however, Play Store only has the S.C. app c. 5.0 in store... Appaling!
