Horrid app. Setting up an account is ridiculously more challenging than it should be. Entering information in fields is not user friendly, and just a mess. When logging in, there is no way to see the password you're typing. It also appears that it allows attempt after attempt for logins, without doing a lockout. I'm guessing the security behind this is terrible. Experience is no better on iOS.

Cannot see full picture on photos, you have to download to see fully but then the app crashes after each photo/ video you download, so you have to keep going into the app for each one.

There'sa learning curve but once you get over that it's fine. Should really fix the image download crash or at least give us a download all button.

Serious glitches. I'm able to view things and submit reservations. However, photos will not load or load sporadically, and the app crashes every time I try to download a single one. This is tedious. A clean install does not help.

I downloaded this app to find a sitter for my pets - but - am having trouble finding the "invite code" for my 'facility" ... wow -- what a process! ideally ... find someone in your area that you know and trust - bypass all this techo-red-tape rigamarole - simplifiy & achieve the goal (safe, trustworthy, quality care for your beloved pets) - best if done good 'ol word of mouth' by those closest to you ;)

The usability of this app could use a MAJOR improvement. For instance, as a customer who is responsible for only a single pet I should not have to select my pet from every single screen/area of the app. Additionally, the bookings should be listed from nearest date (top) to furthest date (bottom) to make it easier to access upcoming appointments.

I downloaded this app because our pet daycare suggested it. It's awful. I read the other reviews but thought it wouldn't be that bad. Nothing works. It says I need to upload current vaccine records. No problem, I have a digital copy saved. "Click here" - doesn't work. So I go to the account tab and try to upload. Every time I select my file it goes back to the upload page. I gave up and started a reservation. I got everything input and signed the form. The app closed on me and didn't save it.

Useless. Cameras are inaccessible, document uploads do not carry to the kennel record system, no lodging history, current stay not showing. Even worse, the kennel's website is just a browser based version of the app so the stink of the app carries over to the website. At least the kennel seems decent enough. Edit: 9 months later and the app still sucks. Attempts to book a stay simply crashes the app.
