After decades of searching, the only program that seems to be helping me move toward connecting with the "inner voice" and being more observational about the programming. Definitely feel more in control of my conscious thoughts - it's a long process, and not necessarily a linear one, but more well-being and happiness are worth it!

Love that all meditations can be done as "active" so you don't have to be sitting with your eyes closed, which also teaches you can resort to mindfulness and be grounded in the present at any time of your day!! The science based short lessons are also interesting and very helpful! This app changed my life!! Recommend it to everyone!

👌 wow, I still love this app it's still fantastic and helpful. I've found one problem and that is that I like many don't always have access to data. I live in a remote town we often loose service. Would be helpful if you could maybe use the timer or just some of it without data. These times are often stressful some are to broke or like me live in a fire prone area and power and data get lost for hours and days at times. I just went through this and really needed you're app.

I have been using this app for about three weeks. So far I have only focused on the meditation content but it's very good. It's a structured course that gives you the "how" and the "why" of meditation. What I most like is that it's very focused and scientific. Other meditation apps were a bit too woo-woo for my taste or they were bloated with reams of content I'm not interested in. This app is just a course that gives you the tools to meditate on your own.

Fantastic free (!) meditation app. It has a series of suggested meditations/courses, which I actually strongly recommend if you're new to meditation, but you can also go straight to specific meditations for certain scenarios (daily mindfulness, sleep, etc). My only minor complaints are that I wish every course had multiple speaker options, and it had variety in courses outside of the "My Path" route. Otherwise it's basically perfect.

Really needs an offline mode. Or a way to download sessions. Would greatly benefit during flights or vacations, when network connectivity is inconsistent. Other than that, the content here is informative, actionable, well researched and well presented. An absolute must have for meditation and mindfulness.

The is wonderful providing free guided meditation. The personalized path and baseline of current situation of the user are great features that are worth it. However, a small thing I want them add. I hope they allocate the activities of the personalized path for each day and make it according to the user preference of how much time to meditate.

This is the best meditation app I've found. The app avoids unnecessary clutter. This makes it the perfect and most straightforward introduction into the practice. It does not touch on the more spirtual tone of meditation that is common with the practice. Nothing is locked behind a paywall, but donations are welcome, as it should be with apps that claim their intention is to help the user. I only wish that the timer was not fixed in increments of 5-10 minutes. Well done and thanks to the team.
