This is an absolutely wonderful tool. The only downside is intermittent connectivity issues, which are disruptive to the process. That being said, I've been using HeartMath for a couple of years now and it's amazing for learning how to get into coherence and access it throughout an active meditation session. I use it every morning and highly recommend it!!

Had some issues with the sensor. Customer service was good. We still don't know what happened to my device. Possibly android update causing a few days of incompatibility, but as of now is working once again. But the app experience is good, and has been consistently good. Will update my progress with both the app and device.

I don't have the paid version yet, but I want to purchase it. However, the free version is quite glitchy. Does the paid version have the same glitches? It will totally poop out in the middle of a session. I am very excited to purchase if the problems can be fixed.

keeps crashing immediately after giving me my "score" - right in the middle of the explanation. Tried 6x now & I can't get past that & I don't move my finger off the scanner. I'm on Samsung phone idk if that makes a difference... if it's fixed I'll change my review but RN it's completely unusable.

Great tool, complete with guided instructions and audio books. I do wish the timer bells were still included, like they were in the old app, but overall, it's great. you don't need to know anything prior to starting with this app. it includes courses that will teach you everything.

I took the 7 day free access, all I saw was propaganda videos of why the idea of coherence is good, but how the app was going to help? what is the course curriculum ? All 8-9 videos I have seen so far are the same of the same, why coherence is great, learnt nothing

With HearthMath the world is more compassionate. I use other apps by HearthMath such as the Inner Balance and the Global Coherence. This new app takes parts of both and combines them, and yet unique. What I like is that it puts at my fingertips making the connection from what and how to get your heart, mind, spirit and body in rythmn. Where I can see improvement for the app is that the letter size can be hard to see. Also, it's not possible to do a longer one session when being guided.

I have many more positive results doing the coherent breathing I was taught then I do trying to focus on this "technology". this is a waste of my time. don't bother. instead, get a good breathing teacher in person to show you how to get real benefits.
