Quick, much more convenient than doctor's office visit. Doctors are kind, knowledgeable, and experienced in this platform as well as conventional. They're also up to date as to what meds are recommended for certain ailments and what ones are out dated.

Can't log in, can't get it to send me a password reset link. Keep saying that it did but it didn't. Useless! Very few providers available, and there's no way to tell if a therapist was actually qualified to help someone like me with severe trauma. Most of them are not. Most of them will traumatize me instead of help because there is so little trauma awareness in America

Not a stable app at all, can't get in , it keeps saying not responding. I don't recommend this app at all.
