This application works totally different for mobile application and browser application. Accepted members dont show up in mobile app. While they are visible in browser. And many other features are not properly implemented.

Everytime I try to contact a profile, their relationship manager responds, and he/she asks for an additional registration fees to get me in touch with their client. Why the hell should I pay that fees? Till now, I have not been able to directly contact a profile.

we get a variety of good matches as per requirement & they pay sufficient heed to find the best suited matches. The software is quite customerfriendly. They also keep trek with their customers through telephonic conversation from time to time.

As soon as i uploaded d profile, they hv started calling repeatedly to convince me for taking premium. After blocking one no.they call from another no. Fed up of all this, finally once i picked up d call n told them that i m not not going to take any premium n don't disturb me again for d same. Then they stpped. One more worst thing that even after declined/blocked those profiles come before u. Filters regarding that also don't work. In daily recommendations they repeat d same old profiles.

One of the pathetic customer support , i am getting infinite number of calls from them ,after registering 24/7 they are calling like a scammer , it's my wish right to upgrade or not ,its kind of a force like have to upgrade or else will keep calling they are asking me time date location when you are going to pay us like a goon , don't pay guys seriously they are branded scammers. They are calling like hell and asking me to make immediate payment it's been just an hour's i have registered.

This is a fraudesters network app, whole lot of fraud profiles are present on it, which is not seen in other such matrimonial apps. Never use this app, and if still you use, never trust any profile ever.

I m paid member on Top 4 Major online Matrimonial sites. Central Govt should immediately take steps to stop 1 All profiles holder photo should be kept invariably in their SERVER. 2 Free member ship should stop as when paid member will be traced by their address as presently phone & email is sufficient for membership as one can make many profiles & when they desire, they can delete it. 3 MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AMONG ALL MAJOR SITES IS MUST. AS IN ONE SITE I MENTIONED NAME OTHER SITES.
