App is very slow, compared with other home security apps I use in the same device this one is the slowest. The worst is that the ring volume is really low and I've not found the setting or documentation to raise it. Tried on three different phones and all the same.

Products and features are good. But the core features are not working properly. Receives notification after 10-15 seconds later for visitors calling. And it needs a huge bandwidth wi-fi. It doesn't work in normal wi-fi. Also, it has lagging time when we click on bell ot open live streaming. They should focus on basic features like fast live streaming and fast communication.

I'm the admin in a unit and I there is no way I can see the activity log it will crash the app everytime. Update: After the app update and the follow up from the developer everything is working as it should.
