Meh... It's fine when it works, but it rarely works when you want it to. Slow to load is an understatement. UI could use some improvement. I've used worse apps, but unless you have time and patience to kill, I'd recommend just sticking to the full site for this.

It's a good app, but not user friendly. Similar to the website, it takes a while to load and even open (minimum 1min to open, but usually longer). Other than the time it takes to open and for each page to load, it's good, just too much like the website in terms of load times.

Love the subscription service, would be so much easier if I could use the app. It's been almost a year since they've updated, and are clearly overdue. Would probably recommend using the website until updates happen.

I love the Honest products, but this app desperately needs an update. It takes over 5 minutes to load the app, and about a minute to load each page after clicking on an item or trying to update my subscription. Can someone please fix this?

The products are great and I love them, but the app wont open anymore and when it does, it freezes after a short time. The company and its products are a 5, but this app needs some help.

App is in sad shape. It takes well over 5 minutes to load, if it loads it all. Just use the website. Other than the app, the products and customer service are great!

Be prepared to change your password EVERYTIME, and it STILL won't work. Ordering diapers or updating my subscription is the bane of my month. It takes hrs no matter what. Pretty app HORRIBLE function
