Doesn't work on Samsung Note 8 and 10+ phones, every time click open the app and try to log in, it will say 'Sorry but we are having trouble siging you in. We track this error automatically...', it's been afew weeks and issue still there! I can't use the app to monitor the Lyrics that I installed in my home!!

I am living the Netherlands. The app also does not work anymore after the update. I cannot log in anymore. I have contacted the service desk, Resideo, but the lady who takes my problem even thought I didn't download the official app..... I will try with another device and see whether the problem remains. Frustrated.
