If I could give no stars, I would. App is horrible. Cannot view anything. Had I'd known prior to the equipment install this app would not allow me to view anything, I would have chosen a completely different system. The whole purpose of the system is to view when away from home, and unfortunately, 5% of the time I might get it to load. I receive error messages of being timed out--if it even loads regardless of wifi or 5g. Dissatisfied extremely, and I would not recommend this system to anyone.

This is the worst access control product I have ever used. If your company is considering this for security, for the love of God save yourselves and select anything else. Installing this was one of the worst decisions we ever made. There's too many bugs to list, nothing works for more than a few days. The app is nearly unusable. Run!!!

So much better than the desktop on premise option. It would be perfect if you could see video feed for access cameras tied to the system. If someone request to get buzzed in you can't see those request from within the cloud software. You can only do this from the attendant device at your location. Covid-19 has really made this an issue. Staff working remote so there is no one to validate who is at the door.

Horrible. Will not play any saved clips, simply sits with a loading symbol before telling you there has been an error.

I was able at one time to sign in to the app but not any more. We use this to control our doors. Now I go to sign in and it tells me I have no internet

Painfully slow, and always glitchy. Getting to customers seems to be 10 clicks too many

No longer have camera view but I know it is not my security system because I do have view on a regular desktop. Please help.

Junk. Definitely not suggested. There are way better solutions out there.
