The GUI can be made more simpler to avoid missed punch. Why don't you just disable the punch in/out option until it finds the location? If a punch is not successful, can't you make the OK button in Red instead of green? Or may be increase the font?( Which is same for successful punch). If a person clicks on punch in/out second time on the same day, you can give a pop up window asking if a new punch in/out should overwrite the previous one? I am using samsung S23 ultra fyi.

Takes more time to respond or sometimes stuck in the middle which is not a good sign hope the developer will diffinitely boost that part. Worst app that I have ever used It is so irritating and time consuming app. Some times it takes more than an hour to respond or open

I cannot able to keep my claim application to myself, when I submit my application, it is staying in "initiated" but it still showing to the manager, it should show to the manager only if I click on submit to manager option. Or else it should stay in "initiated".

Server connection times out at peak time. They are so confident about their app that the internal feedback only ranges from 'average to excellent' they don't even want to consider the possibility that their app might be below average. Many times you have to keep waiting for a connection to be made with server. Punch in and out takes 10 minutes!!!

Nowadays the app is not working properly, when we opening the app it's loading upto 10-15 minutes, we have to punch in & out on time, so please work on that and clear the issue.

App keeps asking to enable storage permissions, while punching in, but there's no such permission request.

UX evolving backwards making easy to do things more complicated and un necessaary with every update
