This is a very helpful app for finding care internationally. It provides providers by city, medical translations, other local details and how to get in contact with BCBS. It was easily to create an account and to look up countries and cities and select them as locations I can use in my upcoming travel. I hope not to need it, but if I do, I grateful to have all this information readily available.

Had this app installed all of 2 seconds....wont even let me get past to see anything tells me to select location I do find threw gps and it pops up with a message that says choose a location outside of the US and Puerto Rico...then went I try to search location it says no results. I tried about 6 surrounding cities and still nothing. Please fix

Has issues with inputting the member's location. If you can not enter location, then you can not go futher in this app. Very frustrating. This is unfortunate, that one of the largest health insurance providers can not have an adequate app.

I thought people might have been dramatic... it legitimately took me less than 30 sec to decide to uninstall as it could neither find my location nor return any searches.

As soon as I start, try to use the GPS and it ask if I was outside of the USA. How come my GPS works perfect untill I install your app? And no way around it.
