Why!? Why is the use of the Iris go service possible only through the mts network. I don't use the app, but right now I don't have electricity, not enough credit and not wi-fi on my mts prepaid sim card... I think the service should be available no matter what wi-fi I'm connected to...

App crashing, then not even starting. Reinstall not helping. Huawei P20. Old MTSGO platform, both on TV as well as Android app worked MUCH better. It had cleaner, faster, more stable interface. Iris seems to be a downgrade, watching TV is a painful experience now.

Hard to navigate, playback fails every few minutes, works only over MTS which sucks if you are using VPN. Does not really work very well with controlling replays. Generally bad experience.

Have you even tried using this before posting for install? This is the worst app I have ever used. I can't even describe the experience. Try it at least before you post it publicly.

Both mobile and android TV apps are useless! With last updates they can be started at least, but expirience is more than disappointing. For example Arena Sport Premium 1 channel is not working at all...

This app is so bad, it really just does nothing, it works only on mts network it also freezes and cannot be open when something important is on tv, all in all it really does a stinky job

No option to cast to a TV. For some reason, app prevents you from mirroring the screen to a TV as well. Only use is to watch on the phone.

Telekom didn't update this app for so long, if ever, so it doesn't work, like it should, with upgraded android pie OS and certainly not with android 10!
