Sometimes the one closest doesn't have delivery option, but I cant switch to the other location on the app, so I have to call and bother them to place the order. (Even if I went to pick up order, I could not order from a different location on the app!)

quick, easy online ordering. very intuitive, not complicated like other pizza places.

App works well enough, but there's not much reason to use it over the website. Payment fields don't use a standard API, so I have to enter card details every time. The whole thing just feels like it's done by a cheap, amateurish developer with little care for quality details or polish. But I get delicious pizza in the end, so at least there's that, I guess. TL;DR: Barro's is good, app is meh.

Received a Barro's Pizza gift and was told I couldn't use it for delivery. That makes no sense. Don't buy their gift cards.

bad UI. MOP screen glitches. needs FE fixed for pickers. doesn't save order in cache. if exiting out of app entire order deletes. navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen meet to be more prominent

Honestly, just as good as the apps for all other pizza chains and better than trying to order pizza from Uber Eats half the time (depending on the restaurant). Everyrhing you could ask for for pizza ordering to make even the most difficult special order covered. Area for extra sauce, sides, ordering extra crispy or well done. Looks like they included everything and that is coming from someone that is particular when it comes to ordering. Been waiting a long time to be able to order online for Barro's, and it was worth the wait.

It has gotten better but still buggy. I asked for parmesan and red pepper in the "special instructions" box (which is prefilled with "place your requests here") and you cannot check out because you get an error code that says "the gate code is too long". I had to delete my request for the seasonings to get the app to process my order. Love Barros, keep working on the app it will get there.

It's a bit difficult to work with, especially when trying to order a split pizza or when you want to choose both of something, instead of one or the other. It's hard to tell if you're ordering a split pizza correctly; it'd be easier if the two halves were done on separate pages so there's no confusion. Also, there should be an option to choose multiple dipping sauces for wings.
